Racing Career = I started racing around 1994 doing 1/12th Stock Cars at Urmston after being introduced by a family friend who gave me all his Radio Controlled Equipment after he built me a car to use on the street near where I used to live. I have raced at Urmston on and off ever since and really enjoy the atmosphere. I have also enjoyed competing in the National Meetings as well as racing in the Netherlands.
Then in 2005 I purchased a 1/5th Scale Stock Car called a Topstox, I raced in this class for a couple of years culminating in me reaching Superstar Status and coming 3rd in the British Championship. This class races at 2 venues Notts+ Derby and Rotherham.
We now move to 2007 after been invited to attend a 1/8th Stock Car meeting by Ian Yarwood at Nora Raceway in Yorkshire I decided to buy a car and spent the remainder of 2007 getting used to the car and also racing at different venues.
Over the winter of 2007 I purchaed a new Whittaker Chassis for the car and along with a another Whittaker Chassis car I acquired on the sale of the Topstox I have 2 competitive cars for 2008 season.

I am also co-promoter with Jane of a Slot Stox track which we race every month under R.M.S.C.C. and have run 4 seasons so far with great fun had by all.

Ambitions = To continue enjoying my racing and win my first points meeting final whether that be at 1/8th or 1/12th Scale.

Full Size Stock Cars = I also officiate at the Brisca meetings either as a commentator, lap scorer, starter or steward. I do this at Buxton Raceway, Sheffield and Belle Vue Manchester.
